• Booking Fee: A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. The $25 booking fee remains non-refundable.

• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment.

• Baby Being Shy: If baby is not cooperating or is in a position that makes it difficult to get good images, you may choose one complimentary rescheduled appointment or pay the 2D scan price only for the session.

• Guests: As many guests as you would like are welcome! We love celebrating these special moments with your family and loved ones. 💕

• Ultrasound Services: Our services are for bonding and keepsake purposes and are not a substitute for medical care or diagnostic ultrasound.

• Medical Concerns: Any medical concerns should be addressed by your OB/GYN or qualified healthcare provider.

• Mobile Services: Appointments may need to be rescheduled due to unsafe travel or weather conditions.

• Right to Refuse Service: Tiny Treasures Mobile Ultrasound reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary.
